Frequently Asked Questions

How Does Electrolysis Remove Hair?

A disposable needle is inserted into a hair folicle where a small amount of heat energy is discharged destroying the hair root.

The treatment does causes minimal discomfort. Modern method and technology reduce pain to a mere tingling sensation. Clients report the sensation similar to plucking hair. The use of special numbing cream can aid those with special needs.

Never tweeze or wax before and between treatments. Leave hair long enough to treat. If your hair gets too long and you feel uncomfortable you can cut the hair with scissors or shaving a few (4-5) days before starting treatments. This way the hair may be long enough again on the day we start.

You will have a temporary redness but it will disappear quickly.

How Many Treatments?

Treatments require multiple visits before hair is completely removed from an area. Visits are require weekly or every other week as needed. This means that same regrowth of hair after initial treatment is to be expected. However the hair wil be thinner and germ cell will be weakend. Once the treatment sessions are complete, the hair will be gone forever.

Absolutely safe with the use of sterilized equipment. Claudia uses a brand new disposable needle with every treatment.

Laser targets the hair only but not the folicle making this treatment the only method of permanent hair removal and is fully effective on all skin tones and hair color.

Eyebrows, upper lip, chin, sideburns, armpit, abdomen, arm, etc.
